Great location and good no-frills rooms for solo travellers. Room could use a little bit of touching up but was cleaned very well. Lobby gets quite busy as they also market it as a co-working space. Rooftop bar has great views, but would be nicer if hotel guests could use it as a general space to relax rather than just as a bar.

Great hotel and convenient location. Main lobby in a great place to work during the day. Restaurant and bar on the roof have wonderful views of the city.

We loved our stay at the CitizenM. The biggest draw before coming was the huge common space downstairs. We enjoyed breakfast every morning with our 5 year old and he had space to play and watch some TV (because most people around us were always working from the area) Jose at the coffee/bar was always super friendly and helpful...Mally (spelling) was so helpful with our room and just a friendly face throughout our stay. We would love to stay here again and definitely will on our next visit. Also, bonus, very near subway access!! That's a plus.

We had an amazing stay at Citizen M, Bowery! The hotel was so cool and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the room layout and the atmosphere of the place! Overall great place to stay!!!

O hotel superou minhas expectativas. Apesar de o quarto ser compacto, é muito bem projetado e aproveita cada espa?o com inteligência. Silencioso. Tudo estava muito organizado e impecavelmente limpo. Os servi?os também s?o muito bons.
O espa?o social no subsolo é um diferencial bastante agradável, bem resolvido e convidativo.
Como ponto de melhoria, embora a proposta tecnológica seja interessante, o sistema de automa??o da ilumina??o, cortinas e TV está um pouco datado. O iPad disponibilizado no quarto é antigo e lento. Um upgrade nesse sistema elevaria ainda mais a experiência.

Fijn hotel, mooie rooftop bar waar je tot rust kunt komen. Ook is er beneden een fijne lobby waar je kunt werken of even aan de bar wat kunt drinken. Hotelkamer is aan de kleine kant maar ondanks dat geboekt, prima ervaren met 2 man. Verlichting, tv en airco in te stellen met Ipad, dit werkt goed. Hotel ligt best centraal en is makkelijk te bereiken ook vanaf JFK airport.

Great service comfy rooms and best art work for a long I’ve everseen the staircase art is a must see so much I still haven’t seen definitely will be going again. Roof top bar was amazing what else could u ask for.

This is our 2nd time visiting this hotel.If you can handle the small quarters, it is a great option. The wonderful common area, the location and staff.

5 starts all around from staff to the cleanliness of the property. Will definitely be a returning customer.

At check in my room had no water. The next morning at 7am construction began in earnest on the room next door.
