Room was clean, staff was very friendly. The morning buffet is a great option to start your morning! Would stay here again.

The room was a little too hot and the climate control took a while to cool down. Also, there were no cups for water in the room. Otherwise great.

Awesome location and view. Average service. No coffee provided (in room or in lobby - for purchase only). Wasn't a big fan of the perfume used.

Really nice hotel in a convenient location. Walkable and good transfer options. Good breakfast. Only negative would be the gym is so small, 2 people in there the same time seems crowded.

Had an issue with heating and water in showers and talked to staff and had room switched easily and a cup of coffee offered to relieve stress. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Would stay at CitizenM everywhere it’s available. Bed and pillows so comfy too.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick im 16. Stock war klasse. Eine U-Bahn Station ist direkt vor der Tür, die andere einige Minuten entfernt. Man kommt überall schnell hin. Trotz des vielen Verkehrs vor der Tür war es im Zimmer recht ruhig, nur die Sirenen hat man geh?rt.

Une chambre de 8 m2 avec un lit collé contre la fenêtre il faut enjamber l’autre personne pour entrer ou sortir au prix facturé en moyenne à 750 dollars la nuit c’est excessivement cher. Le petit déjeuner très très classique sans plus.
Nous allons régulièrement à New York cet h?tel ne restera pas dans nos favoris

We love the Citizen M!
We love Citizen M! The rooms are small but laid out much better than most city hotels. The amenities, the tablets, the ironing area and the lower lobby all make it fun and enjoyable. The hotel is extremely clean, beds are really comfy and the views are always a highlight. Self check in and check out, all through the app, are really easy but the staff is always there to help. If you like bathroom privacy take turns, it's basically part of the room with a partition. Location is excellent, easy to public transport, and walking to East Village, Chinatown, Little Italy, SOHO and West Village if you don't mind a few miles.
